We offer a graduate program in IT, Finance & Trading:
- Duration: 18 months
- Rotation into different teams every 6 months
- Predefined assignment in the first 6 months
- Flexibility in shaping the second and third assignments based on graduate's interests and preferred career path
- Support from a mentor, line manager, and HR program lead throughout the 18 months

- Option to participate in various courses
