CareerLunch AG is a spin-off from ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. Our young and ambitious team builds the platform behind careerlunch.com to facilitate informal conversations between talents and potential employers. With our work, we want to inspire fulfilling careers through authentic connections. Our mission is to become the new standard in recruitment. Human-centric, AI-powered.

Despite our nascent history, we are already working with many international top employers and are backed by a leading VC. To fuel our rocket ship, we are looking for the right talent to join our team.

Our dev team loves building the platform with the latest tech stack, using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Kubernetes. Our business team covers all other functions such as strategy, sales, customer success and marketing.

Our marketing team is responsible for promoting CareerLunch to the relevant target groups, both on the company side as well as on the talent side. From communication material to offline activities to digital marketing measures, we use a variety of tools and channels to continuously grow our talent community and to get new companies on board. We ensure our customers get the most out of CareerLunch, helping them seamlessly connect with top talent and maximize the value they get from our platform. Our Business Development & Sales Team drives the growth of CareerLunch by acquiring new B2B customers across the DACH region. We focus on generating qualified leads, helping our customers with their employer branding and recruitment needs, and building lasting customer relationships. Since our clients are primarily in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, German language is required to join the team. We are the ones that build the CareerLunch platform :) Our tech stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes. We don't shy on betting on new technologies like Gateway API if we feel that it would make us more productive. Overall, we are a compact and pragmatic team
